At Bag Discount, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items or discounted products marked as "non-returnable"

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bagdiscount.shop.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product), Bag Discount will cover the return shipping.
